Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of thermisightdynamics.com, thermisighthunters.com, thermisightindustrial.com, and thermisightdrone.com (collectively, the "Sites"), and purchases from Thermisight Dynamics LLC ("Thermisight"). All four domains are owned and operated by Thermisight Dynamics LLC. By using any Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You may create an account to track orders and access verified pricing. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, false verification, violation of these terms, or violation of U.S. export-control or other applicable law.

Eligibility & Verification

Military, law-enforcement, and first-responder pricing is available only to verified members of those groups. Submitting false verification information is prohibited and may result in canceled orders and account termination.

Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product specifications, availability, and pricing. Errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel or refund orders affected by a pricing or listing error. Sale prices apply only while shown on the product page.

Orders & Payment

Orders are submitted via secure checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Authorization of payment is not immediate confirmation; an order is confirmed when accepted and routed to the manufacturer. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud or policy violations.

Fulfillment

Most thermal optics ship directly from the manufacturer. Lead times vary by brand and stock; see our Shipping Policy. Thermisight acts as an authorized dealer and facilitator of the manufacturer's fulfillment.

B2B Procurement

Agency, law-enforcement, and enterprise buyers may submit quote requests through our B2B procurement portal. Quote requests are routed to the appropriate manufacturer's authorized contact, and the full quote lifecycle — requested, quoted, accepted, declined — is tracked in one place. B2B pricing is negotiated separately from retail pricing and is subject to the same export-control and compliance requirements as consumer orders.

Manufacturer-Managed Promotions

Authorized manufacturer partners may create and manage their own product bundles and discounts through the Thermisight partner portal. All manufacturer-managed promotions are subject to MAP-compliance enforcement and the terms described in our MAP & Discount Policy. Thermisight is not responsible for the terms of individual manufacturer warranties or promotions beyond facilitating the transaction.

B2B Procurement

Returns & Warranty

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and manufacturer warranties by our Warranty Policy. Use of a thermal optic may be subject to export restrictions (see below).

Export & Restrictions

Thermal imaging devices may be subject to U.S. export controls including ITAR/EAR. You represent that you are the end user, that you will not export, re-export, or transfer restricted items in violation of U.S. law, and that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and "See What Others Can't" are owned by Thermisight. Do not reproduce without permission.

Disclaimers & Liability

Products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thermisight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state of residence) to create an account, place an order, or purchase ITAR/EAR- controlled thermal or night-vision optics from Thermisight Dynamics.

Reviews & Endorsements

Product reviews reflect the opinions of the customers who submit them. We do not pay for or incentivize reviews, and any material connection between a reviewer and Thermisight is disclosed. In accordance with the FTC Act and 16 CFR Part 255 (Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising), we may moderate or remove reviews that are false, misleading, or fail to disclose a material connection.

Sales Tax

Thermisight Dynamics collects sales, use, and excise tax as required under applicable federal and state law, including economic-nexus rules established in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Where tax is not collected on a transaction, you may be responsible for remitting use tax to your state.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturer stockouts, carrier disruptions, export-control holds, natural disasters, or government actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in or near Portland, Oregon.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
